What is the Lifestyle Balance Program?
A 16-week program that provides participants with the opportunity to learn healthier nutrition options and the importance of moderate physical activity. These fun and interactive classes include topics on nutrition labels, portion size, problem solving, motivation, group support and stress management.
After completing the 16-week program, we continue to support your new lifestyle. We offer monthly after core meetings with education, healthy meals, physical activity and group support. We also offer individual lifestyle balance coaching.
